We are hiring a Collection Executive to handle customer follow-ups and payment collections through calls and reminders.
Responsibilities :
Contact customers regarding pending payments
Follow up through calls and messages
Maintain collection records and update payment status
Resolve customer queries related to dues
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
Requirements :
Good communication skills in English and local language
Ability to handle customers professionally
