About Wowcarz is a leading self-drive car rental company, committed to delivering smooth, reliable, and enjoyable travel experiences. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our growing team and ensure our customers receive the best service at every step of their journey.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer queries via calls, chat, and emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide end-to-end support to customers regarding bookings, payments, policies, and services.
• Carry out KYC verification and document checks to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage email and chat support, ensuring queries are resolved promptly with accurate information.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers for pending documents, escalations, or post-service feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations/sales) to resolve issues and provide seamless service.
• Maintain updated records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to service quality standards.
• Requirements:Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, or service desk preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
• Ability to handle queries patiently with a customer-first attitude.
• Familiarity with KYC processes and basic documentation checks.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling, CRM tools).
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
