Accounts and Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare daily fund flow statement, bank reconciliation statements and 

• Have knowledge of bank transactions (online and offline) and rules

• Update Tally with BRS and PNL

• Summarize current financial status by collecting information; prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

• Ensure compliance of all statutory payments on time 

• Fluent in online transactions 

• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary

• Analyse and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation and analysis

• Oversee taxes and abide by federal regulations

• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. 

• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information. 

• Secures financial information by completing database backups. 

• Maintains financial security by following internal controls.

Job Qualifications 

• 3-5 years accounting experience 

• Within a 30-45 minute commute from Marathahalli 

• Conversant with Tally software

• Extensive knowledge of Indian GAAP 

• Computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases 

• CA certification optional 

• Fluent in English and Hindi, Kannada is a plus
