Accounts Executive

Job Summary: HireGenie is hiring for a Spiritual Organization and Charitable Trust a Graduate / Semi Qualified CA for Accounts Executive designation who will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounts, preparing financial reports, maintaining MIS reports and other finance operations.

Location:  Kanakapura road (near Metro station)

Designation: Accounts Executive Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate books of accounts (AP, AR, general ledger entries).
• Oversee management of receipts, billing and vendor payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• Review accounting books
• Assist in preparation of financial statements, GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Coordinate with auditors by providing required documents during audits.
• Maintain records of all financial transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of finance matters.
• Assist in generating MIS reports and financial summaries.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have proven experience in accounting.
• Hands on experience with Tally software for at least 2 Years.
• Should be able to work individually
• Must have strong knowledge of MS office. 
• Must have good communication skills (Verbal and Written)

Education: CA inter / B. Com / M. Com

Experience: 2+ Years of relevant experience

Work type: Work from office

Work schedule: Monday to Friday ( 2nd and 4th Saturdays are holiday)

Work timings: 9:30am to 6:45pm
