Job Description
Job Title: Admin Assistant📍 Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore
Qualification: B.Com / BBM
Experience: Fresher
Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to handle day-to-day administrative and basic accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of MS Office and accounting processes.
- Key Requirements:Proficiency in MS Office (mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of accounts and administrative tasks
- Roles & Responsibilities:Manage inward and outward material entries
- Prepare and send Proforma Invoices
- Draft letters and emails related to inbound/outbound transactions
- Generate invoices and statutory documents using software and government portals
- Handle invoice preparation and bill processing for payments
- Issue cheques to creditors
- Perform purchase entries in Tally
- Prepare service invoices
