Job Title: Admin Executive & Compliance Officer

Job Summary

The Admin Executive & Compliance Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day

administrative operations while ensuring the company complies with internal policies, legal

requirements, and industry regulations. This role supports management, coordinates office

activities, maintains documentation, and oversees compliance processes to help ensure smooth

and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Responsibilities

 Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and internal documents.

 Maintain employee records, filing systems, and shared documents.

 Assist with HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, leave tracking, and maintaining

attendance records.

 Coordinate communication between departments and manage internal workflows.

 Ensure the office environment is efficient, professional, and well organized.

Compliance Responsibilities

 Monitor and ensure company compliance with statutory, legal, and regulatory

requirements.

 Maintain and update compliance registers, licenses, permits, and renewal schedules.

 Support internal audits and assist in preparing necessary documentation.

 Implement and monitor company policies and procedures to ensure adherence.

 Conduct compliance checks and report non-compliance issues to management.

 Assist in preparing compliance reports for regulatory bodies and management.

 Keep updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the

business.

 Provide compliance guidance and training to staff when required.

Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.

 1–2 years of experience in administration and/or compliance roles.

 Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to the industry.

 Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

 Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

 Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative tools.

 Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
