Job Description

The Admission Counselor is responsible for recruiting, advising, and assisting prospective students throughout the admissions process. This role supports institutional enrollment goals by building relationships with students, families, schools, and community organizations, while delivering exceptional customer service and representing the institution with professionalism.

  • Enrollment AdvisingGuide prospective students from inquiry through enrollment, including follow-ups via phone, email, text, and virtual meetings.
  • Provide accurate information regarding program offerings, admissions requirements, deadlines, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Assist students with completing application materials and navigating financial aid processes.
