Admission Counsellor

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor with experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, understanding their educational needs, and converting leads into enrollments for graduate and post-graduate programs.

Key Responsibilities

●    Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries via calls, emails, and chats

●    Counsel students on graduate and post-graduate courses and career opportunities

●    Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs

●    Convert leads into enrollments through effective counselling and sales techniques

●    Maintain follow-ups with prospective students and nurture leads

●    Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets

●    Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for lead management

●    Ensure a smooth admission process and positive candidate experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

●    Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech / Education Sales

●    Proven experience in selling Graduate and Post-Graduate programs

●    Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)

●    Excellent counselling and persuasion skills

●    Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
