Role Overview:
As an Area Sales Manager (ASM), you will be instrumental in connecting property buyers with suitable listings, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Youll act as a trusted advisor to homebuyers, guiding them through every step of their purchase journey while contributing to NoBrokers growth.
Key Responsibilities -
- Engage prospective buyers through calls, virtual meetings, and site visits to showcase property options and drive conversions
- Attend qualified leads, present customized property solutions, and facilitate on-site visits
- Negotiate deals to ensure mutually beneficial agreements between buyers and sellers
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
- Cross-sell NoBroker’s ancillary services to enhance the customer’s home-buying experience
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Stay informed on market trends, property pricing, inventory, and buyer behavior
Requirements -
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Proven success in sales, preferably in real estate or related sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Strong objection-handling and deal-closing capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market
- Target-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
- Ownership of a two-wheeler or four-wheeler (preferred)
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and one local language
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends
