Back Office Executive

The Back Office Executive will support the BTL (Below The Line) marketing and field operations team by handling coordination, documentation, reporting, and backend processes. The role ensures smooth execution of on-ground activities by maintaining accurate data and timely communication with internal teams and vendors.

• Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with field teams for daily BTL activities and updates
• Maintain and update records of campaigns, attendance, and reports
• Handle vendor coordination and documentation for BTL activities
• Track inventory (promotional materials, SIMs, devices, etc.)
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Verify field data and ensure accuracy of reports submitted
• Support payroll inputs for field staff (attendance, incentives, etc.)
• Manage communication between operations, HR, and field teams
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all BTL activities
• Handle basic administrative tasks and data entry
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in back office / operations (BTL experience preferred)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
