Job Description
Role Overview
As a Back Office Executive, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will handle data management, documentation, and provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining and updating accurate company databases and records.
Assisting in the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Managing physical and digital documentation/filing systems.
Coordinating with different departments to streamline internal workflows.
Performing general administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Work Schedule & Leave Policy
We value consistency and provide a structured work-life balance:
Working Hours: * Monday – Friday: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM (Half Day)
Weekly Off: Every Sunday.
Paid Leave: 1 Monthly Paid Leave (PL) credited every month.
Holidays: Mandatory leave for all Government Holidays and major Festivals.
Compensation & Benefits
For Freshers
Salary: ₹18,000 per month or as per interview performance/norms.
Incentives: Performance-based rewards.
For Experienced Professionals
Salary Range: ₹23,000 to ₹26,000.
Hike: A guaranteed 12% to 15% hike on your previous CTC (based on your last company salary slip).
Standard Benefits (All Employees)
Statutory: ESI & PF Benefits.
Bonuses: Monthly Attendance Bonus for perfect records.
Incentives: Additional earnings based on work quality and targets.
Requirements
Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), good typing speed, and attention to detail.
Experience: Freshers are welcome; experienced candidates must provide their previous salary slip for the hike evaluation.
