Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Provide haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling based on client requests and trends.
  • Recommend hairstyles and grooming services suited to clients’ preferences and face shape.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of tools, chairs, and workstations after each client.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in men’s grooming and haircutting techniques.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a satisfying salon experience.
  • Manage appointments and walk-ins efficiently during peak hours.
  • Promote salon products and services when applicable.
  • Required Skills:Proficient in different haircutting techniques (fade, taper, scissor cut, etc.).
  • Skilled in beard shaping, shaving, and head massages.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of hygiene and grooming.
  • Ability to handle client feedback positively.
