  • Prepare and share quotations/invoices with clients based on their requirements, ensuring accurate pricing, taxes, and terms.
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients via phone, email, or WhatsApp to convert enquiries into sales and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and proper documentation
