Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, lead generation, networking, and outbound sales activities
* Understand client business requirements and pitch *HRBook* solutions effectively
* Schedule product demo sessions with prospective clients
* Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain strong client engagement
* Coordinate with the internal demo and technical team for smooth product presentations
* Negotiate commercials and close business deals successfully
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline, client database, and activity reports
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Be available for field visits and in-person client meetings whenever required
