- Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, industry trends, and new market opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and professional networking.
- Client Pitching: Schedule and conduct meetings/demos with prospects to understand their needs and pitch our solutions effectively.
- Sales & Conversions: Handle end-to-end sales pipelines from initial contact to closing deals and achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Market Feedback: Coordinate with the internal product/service teams to share market feedback and help improve our offerings.
- Key Skills RequiredCommunication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present ideas confidently.
- Convincing & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals smoothly.
- Active Listening: Ability to understand client pain points and map them to our product/service benefits.
- Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow up systematically.
- QualificationsEducation: Graduate / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (12th Pass with relevant experience can also apply).
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome!).
- Language: Proficiency in English and [Insert Regional Language if required, e.g., Hindi].
