Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive retail and project sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and develop retail as well as project sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial architects, interior designers, builders, and key stakeholders
- Work on product specification with architects and consultants to ensure conversion into sales
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client requirements
- Regularly track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail and project sales
- Strong network/connect with commercial architects, builders, and industry professionals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Target-driven mindset with strong business development capabilities
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals
