Business Development & Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting clients, conducting site visits, following up on leads, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
• Handle B2C customer inquiries from website, social media, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the design team to prepare lighting proposals and quotations.
• Follow up regularly with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
