Job Description

Key Responsibilities in Different Departments:

Sales Management

  • Monitor sales team performance
  • Review lead generation and conversions
  • Conduct daily and weekly sales reviews
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets

Marketing Coordination

  • Oversee digital marketing activities
  • Coordinate with agencies, designers, and content teams
  • Track campaign performance and ROI
  • Ensure lead generation goals are met

Production Coordination

  • Coordinate with manufacturing team regarding order fulfillment
  • Monitor production status against sales commitments
  • Escalate production delays and quality concerns
  • Ensure smooth communication between production and sales departments
  • Track inventory availability and dispatch requirements

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily office operations
  • Ensure departments follow SOPs
  • Resolve operational bottlenecks
  • Improve process efficiency

Team Management

  • Manage attendance and productivity
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Support recruitment and onboarding
  • Ensure accountability across teams
