Job Description
Job Title: Operations Manager (Technical Services & Installations)Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage installation and service operations across various technical and security systems. The candidate should have strong knowledge of products such as CCTV, FAS (Fire Alarm Systems), SAS (Security Alarm Systems), and other security devices. The role requires managing a large field team and ensuring smooth execution of installation and service activities across multiple industries.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end operations for installation and servicing of:
- CCTV systems
- Fire Alarm Systems (FAS)
- Security Alarm Systems (SAS)
- Other security and surveillance devices
- Handle project planning, execution, and timely delivery of installation work across different industry sectors.
- Supervise and manage a team of at least 150–160 field staff and technicians.
- Ensure quality control, safety standards, and compliance during installations and servicing.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor daily operations, track performance, and generate reports.
- Resolve operational issues, escalations, and technical challenges efficiently.
- Ensure proper training and development of team members.
- Maintain inventory, tools, and equipment required for operations.
- Required Skills & Knowledge:Strong technical knowledge of:
- CCTV Installation & Troubleshooting
- Fire Alarm Systems (FAS)
- Security Alarm Systems (SAS)
- Access Control Systems and other security devices
- Experience handling installation and service operations in multiple industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage large teams (150+ members).
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
