🧾 Role Overview

As a Support Staff member at Amore Gelato & Cafe, you play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and supporting the service team to deliver a premium café experience.

If able to take videos and edit that's a great quality.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of the café, including floors, tables, counters, wash areas, and service zones

Assist service staff during busy hours (clearing tables, refilling water, basic customer support)

Support opening and closing duties of the café

Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed at all times

Help with basic prep tasks as guided by the team

Handle waste disposal and back-of-house cleanliness

Be attentive, polite, and helpful to customers when required

Take videos and edit

✅ Requirements

Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards

Willingness to work in a fast-paced café environment

Positive attitude and teamwork mindset

Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail

Prior café or hospitality experience is a plus (not mandatory)
