Hindi Inbound Voice Process Executive
Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore
Job Description
We are hiring Hindi Inbound Voice Process Executives for a leading customer support organization. This is an inbound customer support role with excellent growth opportunities. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Salary
- Freshers: ₹20,000 CTC (₹18,000 Take-Home)
- Experienced: Up to ₹24,000 CTC (Up to ₹22,000 Take-Home)

Shift Timings
Female (Rotational):
- 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Male (Rotational):
- Evening & Night Shifts
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in Hindi.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a professional approach.
- Update customer details and interaction records in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
Mandatory Requirement
- Hindi speaking is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
