Job Description
Receive cash, cheque, UPI, card, and online payments from customers.
Generate invoices, receipts, and payment acknowledgements.
Maintain daily cash collections and prepare cash closing reports.
Verify booking amounts, vehicle payments, accessories billing, and service invoices.
Coordinate with sales, finance, and accounts departments for smooth billing processes.
Deposit daily collections in the bank as per company policy.
Maintain proper records of transactions and supporting documents.
Handle customer billing queries professionally.
Ensure accuracy in GST billing and documentation.
Maintain petty cash and expense records if assigned.
Support audit and accounting activities by providing required reports and records.
Follow company policies related to financial transactions and compliance.
