Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Supervise and guide kitchen staff across different sections
- Ensure consistency in food quality, clean work flow and packaging control
- Coordinate prep activities and monitor production efficiency
- Manage staff allocation, shift planning, and task delegation
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
- Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials and finished products
- Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory management, and coordinate ordering
- Minimize wastage and support cost control initiatives
- Ensure all kitchen SOPs and processes are followed consistently
- Act as a point of coordination between kitchen staff and management
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and workflows
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
