Job Description
The Senior CDP / Kitchen In-Charge is responsible for end-to-end kitchen operations, food quality, hygiene, and team management.
This is a responsibility-driven role with performance incentives and growth potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Kitchen Operations:
- Plan and execute daily food production as per orders
- Ensure taste consistency suitable for kids and adults
- Supervise cooking, preparation, and packing
Quality & Hygiene:
- Maintain FSSAI-compliant hygiene standards
- Ensure clean workstations and proper food handling
- Monitor steel lunch box hygiene and handling
- Handle customer complaints related to food quality
Team Management:
- Manage Junior Cook and Kitchen Helpers
- Allocate daily tasks and ensure discipline
- Train helpers on hygiene and basic kitchen practices
- Ensure backup operations during staff absence
Inventory & Cost Control:
- Plan raw material requirements
- Control wastage, oil usage, and portion sizes
- Coordinate with procurement team / owner
- Maintain basic daily consumption awareness
Process & Accountability:
- Follow standard recipes and SOPs
- Ensure on-time dispatch for school and subscriptions
- Report issues proactively to management
- Take ownership of kitchen performance

WORK TIMINGS
- Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- Evening Support: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM (as required)
- 6 working days per week, 1 weekly off

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2+ years experience in cloud kitchen / mess / hotel kitchen
- Experience in bulk or batch cooking
- Ability to manage small teams
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety
- Calm attitude under pressure
