Cheif Finance Officer

Job Summary:The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for managing the financial actions of Dr Heal Pain Cure Hospital. This includes financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. The CFO will play a key role in strategic decision-making and ensuring the hospital’s financial stability and growth.

• Key Responsibilities:Oversee all financial operations including billing, accounting, taxation, and auditing
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with hospital goals
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost control measures
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, taxation laws, and audit requirements
• Manage hospital revenue cycle (OP/IP billing, insurance, TPA coordination)
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability
• Supervise finance and accounts team
• Coordinate with external auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities
• Implement financial controls to prevent fraud and misuse of funds
• Support NABH accreditation financial documentation and compliance
• Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of hospital finance and healthcare accounting
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Knowledge of taxation, GST, and statutory compliance
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong decision-making and strategic planning ability
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Qualifications:Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA in Finance / Equivalent
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in finance, preferably in hospitals or healthcare sector
• Additional Requirements:Experience in handling hospital billing systems and insurance processes
• Familiarity with NABH standards and hospital operations
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
