Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior works (civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, finishes).
Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and design intent.
Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and factory teams (modular furniture, etc.).
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
Conduct site measurements and prepare BOQs if required.
Maintain quality control and ensure proper workmanship.
Handle material planning, tracking, and site inventory.
Resolve on-site issues and provide technical solutions.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and site protocols.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management.
