Client Acquisition Officer – Staffing Agency

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Client Acquisition Officer who will be responsible for building partnerships with companies for staffing services and establishing tie-ps with colleges for campus placement programs. The role involves business development, relationship management, and expanding the company’s recruitment network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach companies to establish staffing and recruitment partnerships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers.
• Initiate and manage tie-ups with colleges and universities for campus placement and internship programs.
• Promote the company’s staffing, recruitment, and HR services to potential clients.
• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
• Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure smooth candidate placement.
• Maintain records of client interactions, proposals, and agreements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
