Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic, passionate, and result-oriented professionals to join our Marketing, Sales, and CRM team.
As a Manager – Sales, you will serve as the face of the Spectra brand and the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, generating qualified leads, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
Generate qualified leads through:
Cold calling
Email marketing
Social media outreach
Online real estate portals
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals
Develop and manage channel partner relationships to generate high-quality leads
Customer Engagement & Sales Closure
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers
Schedule and coordinate project site visits
Guide clients through the complete sales cycle
Negotiate effectively to facilitate successful deal closures
Ensure a seamless and professional customer experience
Sales Planning & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets individually and as part of the sales team
Assist in preparing:
Annual sales plans
Marketing strategies
Customer profiling
Coordinate with CRM and Marketing teams for compliance documentation and reporting
Team Collaboration & Professional Standards
Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal teams
Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic
Stay updated with market trends and continuously enhance product and industry knowledge
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Premium / Luxury Residential Sales
Prior experience in Bengaluru real estate market is mandatory
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree – Mandatory
Master’s Degree – Preferred
Core Competencies
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Proficiency in Hindi is preferred
Knowledge of regional languages such as Kannada, Telugu, etc. will be an added advantage
Technical & Software Skills
Microsoft Word
Excel
PowerPoint
Outlook
Email Communication
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is an added advantage
