Client Advisory Associate

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Property Advisory Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers enquiring about our real estate projects. Your responsibility is to guide, assist, and provide accurate information to help customers make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads, calls, and online enquiries for residential projects.
• Provide project details, pricing, availability, and location information to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable project options.
• Maintain strong follow-up with customers to ensure a smooth information flow.
• Schedule site visits for interested clients and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer interaction records in CRM.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through clear communication and timely responses.
• Support marketing and sales teams with insights from customer interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good communication skills (English + Kannada/Telugu/Hindi preferred).
• Positive attitude, pleasing personality, and customer-first approach.
• Ability to understand project details and explain them clearly.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM).
• Ability to handle high-volume customer enquiries professionally.
• Real estate experience is a bonus but freshers are welcome.
