Job Description
Customer Care Executive (Outbound Sales & MIS)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 + Incentives
Experience: 1 – 3 Years
Role Overview
Focused on lead generation, cold calling, and data management, acting as the first touchpoint for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound cold calls to generate leads
- Maintain and update MIS reports & CRM data
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales team
- Track daily/weekly calling performance
- Manage databases and follow-ups
Key Requirements
- Good communication (Hindi/English/local language preferred)
- Strong computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
- Ability to adapt to new technologies
- Target-oriented approach
