Key Responsibilities 

Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing day-to-day communication and long-term relationships. 

Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable campaign and event strategies. 

Collaborate with creative, production, digital, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution. 

Lead and manage on-ground event activations, corporate events, and brand campaigns across India. 

Develop proposals, presentations, budgets, and post-event reports with clarity and impact. 

Ensure all client deliverables are met as per timelines and expectations. 

Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts. 

Requirements 

Minimum 3 years of experience in client servicing within a marketing, event management, or advertising agency. 

Proven track record of handling pan-India event executions and multi-city campaigns. 

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. 

Strong presentation and client-facing abilities. 

Proficiency in MS Office tools; knowledge of project management  

Willingness to travel for on-ground event management when required.
