Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Tele-caller to join our dynamic team. The Tele-caller will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring timely collections, promoting sales, and providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of customer service and be comfortable with outbound/inbound calls to manage collections, sales, and resolve customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to follow up on overdue payments and outstanding balances.
• Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, payment plans, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely resolution of payment issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines while collecting payments. 

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Degree

• Experience: Fresher also can apply

• Communication Skills: Excellent in English and Hindi Language or English and South Languages

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage difficult or sensitive conversations.

• Sales Skills: Knowledge of sales techniques, persuasive communication, and closing sales.

Working Conditions:

• Shift: Day shift
• Compensation: INR.250000 – 400000/- per Annum (INR.17000-INR.30000 Take Home Salary)
• Benefits: Unlimited Incentives, ESIC, PF, Gratuity, Insurance (if applicable)
