🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of collection executives to achieve monthly recovery targets

Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and ensure consistent team productivity

Handle end-to-end collections lifecycle across Early, Mid, and Late delinquency buckets

Monitor team performance through call audits, productivity tracking, and recovery analysis

Ensure adherence to collection strategies, compliance policies, and regulatory guidelines

Handle customer escalations, complex cases, and high-value delinquent accounts

Improve collection efficiency through strong follow-ups, negotiation, and resolution strategies

Maintain discipline, attendance, and motivation levels within the team

Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and performance dashboards

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, risk, and support) for issue resolution

Conduct regular team huddles, training sessions, and performance reviews

🔹 Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Collections

At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader (mandatory)

Proven experience in handling collection teams and driving targets

Strong understanding of collections lifecycle (0–180+ DPD / all buckets)

Good knowledge of collection tools, dialers, and CRM systems

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
