Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and result-driven Collections & Recovery Executive with a valid Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) certification. The candidate will be responsible for managing delinquent accounts, ensuring timely recovery of dues, and maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines while interacting with customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle collections for overdue accounts through field visits and tele-calling.
• Follow up with customers for timely repayment of outstanding dues.
• Negotiate and implement repayment plans based on customer situations.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and recovery status.
• Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and company policies during recovery activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for account resolution and closure.
• Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets.
• Address customer queries and provide resolution in a professional manner.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsMandatory DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification.
• Minimum [1-2] years of experience in collections/recovery (preferred).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial products (loans, credit cards, etc.).
• Ability to handle fieldwork and travel locally.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory norms.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Institutions.
• Knowledge of skip tracing and recovery tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
