Main Responsibilities:  

- Follow to internal instructions and procedures

- Working with outgoing and incoming customer calls

- Provide customer care and documentation workflow for decision-making

- Validate documents, security features and customer information (personal data, employment, credit history, solvency) and provide phone verifications 

- Based on calls and received information analyze and authorize applications 

- Fill the results of communication in the corporate CRM system

- Reporting to the designated supervisor
