Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative individual to manage community engagement, social media, and in-house experiences. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with guests, organizing events, and creating engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media and Content Management

• Plan and execute regular content for Instagram and other platforms
• Capture and showcase authentic guest experiences
• Manage reels, stories, and posts to improve engagement
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators
• Monitor and improve social media growth and performance

Events and Artist Coordination

• Identify and onboard artists such as musicians, DJs, and performers
• Plan and execute regular in-house events including open mics, live music, and social gatherings
• Ensure events are well-organized and aligned with the brand
• Manage event logistics and coordination

Guest Engagement and Community Building

• Interact with guests and create a welcoming environment
• Organize activities such as cafe visits, local exploration, and group experiences
• Encourage guest participation in events and activities
• Build a strong sense of community within the property

Partnerships and Collaborations

• Develop relationships with local cafes, artists, and brands
• Create collaboration opportunities to enhance guest experiences
• Work with influencers for brand visibility

Candidate Profile

• Preferred age group: 22 to 30 years
• Background in hospitality, events, marketing, or content creation
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple activities
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives

• Number and quality of social media posts and reels
• Frequency and execution of events
• Guest engagement and participation levels
• Growth in social media reach and engagement
• Number of partnerships and collaborations
