Job Description:
We are currently hiring for the Voice Process role at ABC – Aditya Birla. This is a customer-facing position, open to both freshers and experienced candidates, where you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls in English and Hindi. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to manage queries with efficiency and professionalism.
As a Customer Support Executive, your responsibilities will include resolving customer issues, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. You’ll be expected to meet daily performance and quality metrics while providing a consistent and positive experience to all customers.
Qualifications required include a minimum of 10+2 / Diploma, though graduates and postgraduates are also welcome. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office will be helpful.
Salary Structure:
- Freshers: ₹17,000 take-home + incentives up to ₹80,000
- Experienced: ₹18,000 take-home + incentives up to ₹80,000
