Customer Care Executive – Voice Process

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Care Executives for Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls and promoting banking products such as credit/debit card upgrades, EMI conversions, loan top-ups, and insurance products.


Eligibility:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• English and Hindi communication skills are mandatory


Shift Details:

• 9-hour shift

• 6 days working with rotational week off


Male Candidates:

• 24x7 rotational shifts


Female Candidates:

• Day shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM


Salary & Benefits:

• ₹18,000 - ₹20,000

• Attractive Incentives (₹5,000 to ₹80,000)

• PF, ESIC and Mediclaim Benefits
