Hiring: CSR Executive Interns

Position: CSR Executive Intern

Department: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Qualification: MSW (Master of Social Work)

Location: Field-based / Travel within city & nearby areas

We are looking for passionate and socially driven professionals who are committed to creating a positive impact in communities through CSR initiatives focused on health, environment, and education.

Internship Duration & Career Progression

Initial hiring will be as an Intern for 3 months

During this period, performance will be regularly evaluated

Based on successful completion and performance review, the candidate will be absorbed as a CSR Executive

Compensation

Internship Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Post Confirmation Salary: Up to ₹25,000 CTC + incentives / variables

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute CSR activities in communities, societies, schools, and public spaces

Conduct health awareness drives, wellness camps, and community support programs

Organize environment-related activities such as tree plantation, cleanliness drives, and sustainability initiatives

Support education-based CSR programs for underprivileged children and communities

Visit societies, NGOs, and local communities to identify areas of support

Help and coordinate aid for needy individuals and families

Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and beneficiaries

Prepare activity reports and impact documentation

Requirements

MSW qualification is mandatory

Must own a bike / two-wheeler

Willingness to travel extensively for field activities

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong passion for social work and community engagement

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
