Job Description
Customer Care Executive (Voice & Non-Voice Process)
Role Overview: We are looking for energetic and dedicated individuals to join our team for both Voice and Non-Voice (Chat/Email) processes. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Voice Process: Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist customers with their concerns.
- Non-Voice Process: Manage customer interactions via chat and email with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a high standard of communication and professional etiquette.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.
- Skills: Basic to Good English communication; familiarity with BPO/BPM operations.
- Age: 18 – 40 years.
