Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Voice Process Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Hindi and possess excellent communication skills to handle customer interactions effectively.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Meet daily productivity and performance targets.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
- Required SkillsFluent communication in English and Hindi.
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Eligibility CriteriaGraduates and Undergraduates can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with 6 months or more experience in any BPO domain will be preferred.

- Salary: ₹24,000 CTC per month (₹19,000 Take Home)
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Week Off: 1 Rotational Off
- Shift Timings:8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Login Hours: 9 Hours
