Job Description

Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager – Star Health


We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Relationship Managers for Star Health.


Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries related to insurance policies

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Provide accurate information and timely support

Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduate

At least 6 month of experience in any sales or insurance sector (mandatory)

Good communication skills (Versant Level 3 or equivalent)

Language Requirements:

Hindi

Malayalam 

Gujarati

Marathi 

Bengali 

Salary Details:

₹26,000 CTC (₹24,000 in-hand) – Hindi/Marathi/Bengali/Gujarati

₹17000 to 21000 in hand – Malayalam

Work Details:

Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
