Customer Service Representative

We are looking for dynamic, empathetic, and solution-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will literally be the voice of the brand. Your mission is to offer outstanding customer support, guiding customers through questions, concerns, or challenges they encounter. • Key Responsibilities:

•  Customer Support: Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries via voice, ensuring accurate information is delivered with empathy and understanding.

• Problem Solving: Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and find clear, effective solutions to customer issues.
• 
  
• De-escalation: Calmly resolve and de-escalate challenging situations while maintaining a high level of professionalism and objectivity.

• Data Management: Maintain and update customer records seamlessly to ensure accurate and current information.
• 
  
• Escalation: Route complex cases to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
• 
  
• Reporting: Track and record detailed call-related information for auditing, reporting, and follow-up purposes.
• 
  
• Qualifications Education: Minimum of 10+2 years of formal education; a college degree is highly preferred.
• Experience: Freshers to 5 years of experience in Customer Support. Prior experience in an International Voice Process or general call center environment is a major plus.
• 
  
• Communication: Advanced English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 
  
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, web-based applications, and the ability to navigate multiple browser tabs simultaneously.
• 
  
• Attributes: Strong active listening skills, patience, and a positive, solution-oriented mindset. Must be able to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability: Full-time availability and willingness to work fully on-site (24x7 shift environments, including overnight shifts, may be required).
