Job Overview

We are hiring a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Representative with a minimum of 6 months of experience in loan sales or any financial product sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and promoting suitable financial products.

This is a pure inside sales role where you will work from the office and interact with customers via calls, emails, and digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound sales calls to potential customers.

• Promote loan products and other financial services to prospective clients.

• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable products.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

• Address customer queries and resolve objections effectively.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and customer support.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in loan sales or financial product sales .

• Experience in inside sales / tele sales preferred.

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented with a proactive sales approach.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & CRM tools).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.

• Salary up to 45k ctc, depends on the last ctc 20% to 30% hike .
