Must have extreme excellent communication skills ( No MTI / No RTI)
It's the International Voice Process.
It's 100% customer service role where you need to resolve customer queries over the call for North American customers
5 days working & 2 rotational offs
Both Side cab facilities are available.
Must be comfortable for the Night Shift
Salary :
Must have on paper experience with all documents
0 to 6 months - 3.1 LPA
6 months -12 months - 3.75 LPA
12 months -23 months- 4.22 LPA
24 months or above - 4.75 LPA
