Job Description
Job Summary: Weare looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, addressing complaints, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handlecustomerqueries via calls, chats, or emails
Provideaccurate information about products/services
Resolvecustomer complaints effectively and within TAT
Maintainproper records of customer interactions
Followupwithcustomers forissue resolution
Meetdaily/weekly performance targets (calls, quality, etc.)
Adheretocompanypolicies and compliance guidelines
Coordinatewith internal teams for issue resolution
Required Skills:
Goodcommunicationskills (verbal & written)
Problem-solving ability
Basiccomputer knowledge(CRM tools preferred)
Must Know Hindi and English
