We are looking for motivated Diploma / ITI professionals to join our growing technical team in production, assembly, testing, and servicing operations.

Position SummaryThe Technician will be responsible for supporting manufacturing, assembly, testing, installation, servicing, and maintenance of medical devices. The role requires hands-on technical skills, discipline, and willingness to work in a quality-driven environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & AssemblyAssembly of electrical, electronic, and mechanical components of medical devices.
• Wiring, soldering, crimping, fitting, and integration of sub-assemblies.
• Operate tools, testing instruments, and workshop equipment safely.
• Support packaging and dispatch readiness of finished units.
• Testing & Quality ControlPerform routine testing, calibration, burn-in, and functional checks.
• Inspect products for workmanship, fitment, and electrical safety.
• Maintain test records, checklists, and production logs.
• Report defects and assist in corrective actions.
• Servicing & MaintenanceDiagnose faults in field-returned units or installed systems.
• Repair/replace faulty components and verify proper functioning.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and service visits when required.
• Provide basic customer support during installation or service calls.
• Inventory & DocumentationMaintain spare parts, tools, and consumables stock.
• Support inward/outward material tracking.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and quality procedures.
• Maintain service reports and daily work updates.
• Required QualificationsITI / Diploma in:

• Instrumentation
• Mechanical (preferred for assembly roles)
• Skills RequiredBasic understanding of electrical/electronic circuits.
• Knowledge of multimeter, soldering iron, hand tools, and testing instruments.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and assembly drawings.
• Good troubleshooting mindset.
• Discipline, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge for reports/documentation.
• Preferred Experience0 to 3 years experience in servicing, electronics production, automation, or medical device industry.
• Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also apply.
• Additional RequirementsWillingness to travel for installations/service when needed.
