Job SummaryWe are looking for an empathetic, confident, and proactive Customer Success & Partnerships Executive to strengthen relationships with our customers, expand our vendor network across India, and build collaborations with international funeral homes.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable speaking with grieving families respectfully, and possess strong business development abilities.
- Key Responsibilities1. Customer Feedback & Google ReviewsContact families who have availed Beyond Life Services.
- Collect feedback about their overall experience.
- Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Encourage satisfied families to share their experience by posting a Google Review.
- Maintain accurate customer feedback records.
- 2. Customer Relationship & Service PromotionReconnect with previous customers to maintain long-term relationships.
- Educate families about Beyond Life's additional services, including:
- Funeral Pre-Planning
- Annual Ritual Assistance
- Asthi Visarjan Services
- Domestic & International Body Transportation
- Patient Transportation Services
- Memorial Services
- Identify potential requirements and connect customers with the appropriate team.
- 3. Vendor Acquisition & OnboardingIdentify and contact potential vendors across different cities.
- Explain Beyond Life Services' partnership model and benefits.
- Onboard vendors, including:
- Ambulance Providers
- Freezer Box Providers
- Mortuary Services
- Crematorium Coordinators
- Burial Ground Coordinators
- Purohits and Religious Service Providers
- Funeral Material Suppliers
- Flower Vendors
- Maintain and regularly update the vendor database.
- 4. International Partnership OutreachResearch funeral homes and funeral service providers in international markets.
- Send professional emails introducing Beyond Life Services and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective partners.
- Coordinate virtual meetings and maintain communication records.
