Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support ExecutiveCompany: Barbeque Nation Group
Location: Sarjapura Road, Bangalore
Shift Timings:
- 9-hour shift
- Any shift between 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Salary:
- ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month
Gender Preference:
- Male & Female candidates can apply
- Female candidates preferred
Languages Required:
- Hindi & English
Minimum Qualification:
- 10th Pass
Skill Requirements:
- Basic English (must be able to understand and speak)
- Good communication skills
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Job Role & Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound voice calls
- Attend customer enquiries related to services and bookings
- Convert enquiries into sales and confirmed bookings
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain positive customer engagement and follow-up
