Recovery Advisor – Airtel
📍 Location: Bangalore
💼 Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
Recover overdue payments from customers.
Visit customer locations for collections, when required.
Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment issues.
Maintain accurate recovery records in the system.
Achieve monthly recovery targets while following company policies.
Eligibility
✅ Graduate/Diploma/12th Pass (as per role)
✅ 0–2 years of experience in Collections/Recovery/
✅ Good communication & negotiation skills
✅ Two-wheeler with valid Driving Licence (preferred for field roles)
